We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to work Monday through Friday, Saturdays negotiable (exception is holiday season). Applicants do not need previous experience, but must have a winning attitude, possess great work ethic, be trainable/coachable, and demonstrate great customer service skills. Past sales experience is a bonus.
Employee will work under minimal supervision, office from their residence, will be allowed input into daily schedule and routine.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service for Oxi Fresh customers
- Establish professional, business relationships with customers
- Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh
- Clean and maintain Oxi Fresh equipment and vehicle
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
- Encourage the purchase of additional services and products
- Solicit prospective commercial clients and aid in the bid process
- Safely operate company vehicle
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Flexible availability
- Dependable and reliable
- Lift and carry 50lbs (up/downstairs)
- Trainable/Coachable
- Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean motor vehicle record and criminal background
- Assigned company vehicle (work use only)
- All fuel and maintenance expenses paid
- Performance based steps in pay
- Up to 40% commission for up sales
- 20% on commercial jobs scheduled and completed
- Technicians routinely receive tips for excellent service
