Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional carpet cleaning services to Oxi Fresh customers, ensuring high-quality results every time.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, promoting a positive company image.
- Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh services.
- Maintain and clean Oxi Fresh equipment and company vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the best service delivery.
- Promote additional services and products to customers to enhance their experience.
- Maintain high customer service ratings and ensure satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
- Possess a smartphone and internet access.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Quick learner who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
