Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning of Williamsburg is an existing franchise in the Williamsburg/Newport News region. We are looking for continued growth despite the current market and extreme inflation. We have locations from Williamsburg through Newport News and sister territory to include Norfolk, Suffolk, Smithfield, Virginia Beach, Windsor, Carrollton, and Portsmouth. Responsibilities:

-Provide superior carpet cleaning.

-Establish professional, business relationships with customers.

-Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh.

-Clean and maintain Oxi Fresh equipment.

-Uphold all company polices and procedures.

-Encourage the purchase of additional services and products as needed.

Requirements:

- Provided company vehicle and equipment.

- Device with Internet access (Smart phone, iPad, netbook)

- Must be organized and able to multi-task

- Friendly and professional attitude

- Flexible availability

- Dependable and reliable

- Fast leaner

- Team player. but must be able to work independently too

- Clean motor vehicle driving records without any citations or claims within the last 3 years and absolutely no driving under influence

- Candidates must have a CLEAN motor vehicle record for the last 3 years and criminal background (We are a Fair Chance Employer! Past mistakes do not define you! Just be honest before we run the report!)

- This is a commission based position.

- The intent for this position is to service our commercial customers, to include offices, apartments, hotels, and other businesses. This may include remote work, and after hours (evening or weekend) work.

All techs are provided with masks. We don’t enforce mask mandates, but if a customer asks a tech wear them then we do so for their safety and that of our techs. We clean for a wide range of customers and some could have conditions putting them at risk.
