Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team as Carpet Cleaning Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. You’ll use state-of-the-art equipment and green cleaning products to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly at job sites and assess the scope of carpet cleaning needed.
• Operate Oxi Fresh’s advanced cleaning equipment to provide effective, eco-friendly cleaning.
• Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain the equipment and ensure its safe operation.
• Provide customers with maintenance tips to prolong the cleanliness of their carpets.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures for every job.
• Manage and track inventory of cleaning products and supplies.
• Handle payments and provide receipts for services rendered.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.02 - $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
