Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
Oxi Fresh provides all necessary equipment, cleaning products, and a company van for transportation. We also cover fuel and maintenance expenses, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed in your role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services to customers.
- Drive the company van to service appointments across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
- Operate and maintain Oxi Fresh’s cleaning equipment.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
- Upsell additional services and treatments to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and equipment.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field is a plus, but not required (we provide training!).

- Monday to Friday
