Position Description : The Manual Tester, 508 Compliance assesses software quality and 508 compliance standards through manual testing. This position supports the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Minimum / General Experience : 5 years of manual testing and 508 compliance experience
Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Essential Skills / Qualifications :
- Above average experience as a quality assurance (QA) tester performing manual testing
- Above average experience with 508 compliance testing
- Above average experience in QA and Agile methodologies
- Above average ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., Jira, GitHub and Rational)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Above average analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Security : Ability to obtain / maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust

Compensation & Benefits : The annual projected pay range for this position is $55,124 - $170,450 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
