Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Location: Oxnard, CA Company: Amergis Pay: $50-$53 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Additional stipends for candidates residing over 50 miles away Job Responsibilities: Assist credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to students Implement treatment plans designed by Speech-Language Pathologists Conduct speech and language screenings Collect and record data on student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student needs Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prefer experience in a school setting, but not required Additional Information: Start: ASAP (through end of school year, and potentially ESY) To apply please send a resume to zacurtis@amergis.com with a good time to set up a phone call
