Our company is looking for passionate, customer-service oriented professionals to join our customer support team. The right candidate for this position will be responsible for providing information about our products and services, and assisting customers with any issues or concerns they may have. Responsibilities:
- Use upgraded customer service software and improve the quality of customer service.
- Listen to customers' requests and respond appropriately.
- Identify and solve issues.
- Communicate with co-workers.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Be available to take calls between specified hours.
- Deal with difficult customers.
- Data entry/ Insurance verification/ Obtaining Prior authorizations
- Obtaining medical records from physician's offices
- Medical equipment sales - retail

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
