Your Role:As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on the private sector, you will drive revenue growth by introducing our platform to corporate legal teams, litigation support departments, compliance units, and law firms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide tailored solutions that solve legal and investigative challenges related to digital evidence and mobile data.
What You’ll Do:- Own the Sales Cycle: Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close, with a focus on legal and compliance buyers.
- Target the Legal Market: Build relationships with legal departments, law firms, and legal service providers that rely on defensible, scalable digital evidence tools.
- Partner Strategically: Work closely with Channel Partners (e.g., VARs, MSPs, legal tech consultants) to extend reach and value to clients.
- Understand the Landscape: Stay on top of legal technology trends, eDiscovery workflows, and investigative compliance regulations to consult with authority.
- Deliver Impactful Demos: Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations that speak directly to the needs of legal decision-makers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Inside Sales to align on messaging and accelerate the buyer journey.
- Support a Global Client Base: Adapt to multiple time zones as needed and attend relevant industry and legal tech events when required.
- Legal Tech Experience: 3 years of success in enterprise sales within legal technology, eDiscovery, compliance software, or digital forensics.
- Sales Excellence: A consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue in complex B2B environments.
- Fluency in Legal Workflows: Familiarity with the needs of legal stakeholders, including General Counsel, litigation support, IT/legal ops, and compliance officers.
- Consultative Selling: Strong ability to uncover client pain points and map solutions effectively for legal and technical buyers.
- Channel Know-How: Experience working with legal technology resellers, partners, or legal service providers is a plus.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when addressing executive-level audiences.
