Role Overview :

We seek a Deployment and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical support and oversee the deployment of our software solutions. This position is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in server administration, networking, and client engagement.

Responsibilities :

Deploy and configure Oxygen Forensics software solutions in client environments.
Provide technical support to clients, addressing and resolving software issues.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation of our products.
Utilize virtualization and cloud technologies to support and deploy software solutions.
Engage with clients both remotely and on-premises as needed.
Document technical issues and solutions, providing detailed reports and updates to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience as a server administrator and in networking.

Working knowledge of virtualization technology.

General software support / help desk experience.

Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS preferred.

Comfortable with client-facing engagements, including the need to be on premises with the client.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Experience with Active Directory.

Exposure to project management.
