Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through active sales and customer development efforts.
3. Generate quotes for General Contractors by analyzing documents and producing accurate takeoffs
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth.
5. Oversee the preparation of sales and order
6. Prepare sales or other contracts
7. Promote sales to existing clients and new clients
8. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
9. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
10. Deliver sales presentations
11. Conduct sales transactions
12. Prepare and administer sales contracts
13. Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
14. Resolve product and service-related problems
15. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
16. Provide customer service
