Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Assist in managing front desk operations, including cash handling and balancing daily transactions.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations in hotels or resorts is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
