Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Gatekeeper to manage entry procedures at the community gatehouse Sundays and Mondays from 6:30am - 2:30pm. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety and order within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and screen all visitors, vendors, and residents entering the community
- Verify identification and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Monitor gatehouse access and ensure community entry procedures are followed
- Communicate with property management and local law enforcement as needed for incidents or concerns
- Provide directions and assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately
- Maintain a clean and orderly gatehouse environment
- Shifts: Sundays and Mondays from 6:30am – 2:30pm, with the possibility of additional hours while other gatekeepers are absent
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous entry control or customer service experience preferred
- Professional, courteous demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during shift hours
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic computer or log-keeping skills

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
