Key Responsibilities You will lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, implement leadership development programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of professional HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
