What You Will Be Doing
- HR administration
- Payroll (Paylocity) and HRIS (Harri) management
- Labor compliance
- Employee relations
- Benefits administration
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Leading Teams
- Overseeing marketing or branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities You will lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, implement leadership development programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of professional HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
- Exceptional organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
