OYUNA HOSPICE IS HIRING! Oyuna is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Valley. We are constantly growing and now seeking a part-time LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) to join our team.
As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the Hospice LVN is an experienced nurse who provides skilled end-of-life care in the community setting. The Hospice LVN is responsible for promoting the Hospice philosophy. This individual facilitates the development of a collaborative interdisciplinary plan and ensures the overall coordination, collaboration, and medical management of hospice services for patients and their significant others.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- At least 12 months of LVN experience preferred
- Completion of a professional accredited nursing program
- Current LVN License,
- Current CPR (Healthcare Provider)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to use personal vehicle at times in the course of employment.
- Automobile insurance, proof of current auto registration and acceptable driving record (no more than 3 points within a 36-month period).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 35 lbs.)
- Hospice Experince is a plus.
