Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Match bills and reconcile invoices
- Send out client invoices
- Handle intercompany payables and invoicing
- Manage and maintain company processes
- Oversee and update Monday.com boards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping (AR, AP, data entry preferred)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite (preferred)
- Experience with Monday.com (helpful but not required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Effective communication abilities, both customer-facing and in-house
