The OZ Museum / Columbian Theatre Clerk is responsible for customer interactions, retail sales, and presentation of Gift Shop and Theatre. They develop and maintain positive relationships with the community, businesses, partners, and team members. Ensures brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant.
- Assist in daily operation of the gift shops; reporting, meet, greet and assist public in selecting gifts and other merchandise; supervise staff also engaged in service to the public, selling, and assisting buyers.
- Supervise cashiering and receipting the sale of merchandise by cash and charge transactions and perform such duties as required; maintain sales records and make daily reports.
- Participate in the ongoing inventory of merchandise and stock.
- Maintain product quality to enhance visitor experience and organizational image.
- Serve as back-up as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
