Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative Supervisor in Northeast Arkansas. The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will supervise the Customer Services Representatives in Northeast Arkansas. This person will monitor and communicate scheduling issues such as coverage, procedure changes, scheduling corrections and completion of daily duties.

What Our Customer Service Representative Supervisor Will Do
- Provide direct supervision of the Northeast Arkansas Customer Service Representatives, including reviewing and approving time sheets, completing yearly performance evaluations for CSR staff, coordinating the schedules including approving time off requests and finding coverage when needed.
- Provide oversight of the completion of CSR tasks, including running and/or disseminating reports in the medical record.
- Complete current CSR tasks in a timely manner and provide administrative leadership to ensure that CSR staff are trained in completing day-to-day tasks and in providing appropriate customer service to Arisa clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent
