Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization. This position requires a terminal license (LAC, LMSW, LPC or LCSW). Arisa is currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for Mental Health Professionals and a $3,000 sign on bonus for independently licensed Mental Health Professionals.
Outpatient Treatment: Our professional staff members bring lives into focus by helping people manage their problems and concerns through such services as Individual and group therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, marriage and family counseling, substance abuse treatment and pain management. Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders is preferred. Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities (Scope Of Practice)
- Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services
- Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information
- Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Current terminal Arkansas social work or counseling license (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
