Arisa Health is currently hiring for School-Based Therapists. Arisa employs over 260 school based providers located in 401 schools throughout 82 school districts in Arkansas. We have a wealth of knowledge and expertise serving students in a school setting by rendering services to approximately 10,000 students each year.

- $2,000 sign on bonus for non-terminally licensed Mental Health Professionals and a $3,000 sign on bonus for those who are terminally licensed
- Full and Part-Time positions available
- Opportunity for monthly productivity-based bonus pay
- In addition to Paid Time Off that can be taken throughout the calendar year, School Break days are available during the Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks
- Opportunity to earn up to 20 additional Summer Break days
- Opportunity to work a school day schedule
- Provide more frequent therapeutic services to a smaller caseload than in a traditional outpatient setting
- Work in a team environment which includes collaboration and support from school personnel, leadership and the treatment team
