Job Summary:
Assists in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good working order.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Performs urgent, corrective, routine, and requisitioned repairs of minor problems with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintains all physical structures of the facility and ensures compliance with building safety codes.
• Assists in replacing, repairing, and testing electrical circuits, equipment, appliances, and lighting systems as required.
• Performs manual duties as requested.
Regulatory Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent; specialty degree and/or certification in a related trade is preferred.
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
