We are excited to invite a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a vital member of our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians.
The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, particularly in memory care and behavioral health, and be comfortable with the dynamic nature of nursing assignments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective patient care plans.
- Support patients with behavioral health needs through appropriate interventions.
- Engage in training and education for patients and their families regarding health management.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
