What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor position at Ozark Nursing and Care Center?
Ozark Nursing and Care Center is a skilled nursing facility. We are privately owned and provide private rooms to all our residents. We are looking for housekeeper and a laundry supervisor, no experience is needed. We offer health and life insurance as well as vacation and sick pay accrual.
Wages are based on experience.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must be legal age to work without restrictions.
2. Able to meet public with smile.
3. Is pleasant, tactful, and professional.
4. Is neat, clean and professionally dressed.
5. Ability to work with all staff.
Basic Functions:
Maintaining a clean, odorless environment free from communicable disease and infections.
Basic Responsibilities:
Supervise, work schedules, and fill in as needed:
1. Clean all offices as scheduled.
2. Clean resident rooms as scheduled.
3. Replace towels and toilet paper as needed.
4. Sanitize beds in resident’s rooms as scheduled.
5. Cleaning to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, sanitizing bathrooms.
6. Restocking and organizing housekeeping carts.
7. Clean dirty and clean utility rooms, shower rooms, lounges, beauty shop, linen closets on all halls per schedule.
8. Clean therapy gym per schedule.
Any duty given by supervisor.
Laundry Attendant is repsonsbilble for washing all linens and resident clothing, delivering linens and personals to halls daily.
