What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records position at Ozark Nursing and Care Center?
Ozark Nursing and Care Center is hiring for a full time LPN/ CNA/ CMT as medical records. This position is responsible for filing and auditing medical records of all residents in facility to ensure compliance. This position is also repsonsible to close records in a timely manner and check accurancy of new orders in chart and computer weekly.
Employee candidate will need to be a teamplayer and assist nursing management when needed and assist direct care staff with resident care when needed.
