Responsibilities:
- Develop positive working relationships with students through daily interaction and collaborative problem-solving
- Teach and model principles found in the Anatomy of Peace, including relationship skills and life skills
- Respond calmly and appropriately to crisis situations using Aegis training
- Foster treatment alliances with students and encourage positive influence
- Set and hold clear and healthy boundaries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with adolescents and knowledge of mental health principles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to model healthy relationships
- Able to respond calmly and appropriately in crisis situations
