Job Summary: This position is responsible for transporting labs to and from the hospital and off site clinic locations for various departments. Performs and provides customer service; communicates with departments about transporting as well as receiving of information. The most significant duties have been included in this description. This does not preclude the assignment of occasional additional or developmental duties. The company reserves the right to modify this job description as needed to accurately reflect duties assigned. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License required. This position may require a Motor Vehicle Driving Record Background Check to be completed during the onboarding new hire process and throughout employment.
