Directs, Coordinates, and Manages daily provision of Home Health services with and between all disciplines : external and internal services, agencies, facilities, and physicians within the framework of the purpose of Home Health services and Ozarks Health Care's mission, goal and vision. Directly supervises and manages Home Health nursing staff. Fosters autonomy, accountability and professional / personal growth and development of staff. Provides leadership within the nursing aide and therapy team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel; obtaining and documenting complete medical history and vital signs; educates and in-services other staff in JCAHO preparation.
