Job Title: Part-time College Ambassador (Richwood Valley Campus)

Salary Range: $13.40 per hour

Immediate Supervisor: Director of Student Success-Richwood Valley and Table Rock Campuses
Schedule Details: Part-time (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week). Hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

College Ambassadors help educate visitors about campus life
Essential Job Duties
- Staff the Student Success Front Desk to greet and answer questions for students, staff, and guests.
- Develop an expanded knowledge of the college to be able to effectively answer questions for students, staff, and guests.
- Assist in planning, hosting, and participating in on-campus events and special engagements (may include some off-campus events).
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Administer Eagle Breakfast
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use information technology for professional productivity (such as Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive mindset
- Team oriented
- Must be a current OTC student.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of the College’s admissions and financial aid process.
- Experience with Colleague.
- Experience working within a collegiate setting.
