The Food & Beverage Director will oversee all dining and beverage operations across the clubhouse, pool, and golf course. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent service standards, managing daily operations, and leading a team that includes the Events Manager and Dining Manager. Key responsibilities include staff hiring and training, maintaining operational consistency, and developing beverage programs to enhance the member experience.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience in hospitality, strong team management skills, and a hands-on approach. Wine knowledge is a plus, and the ability to train and develop staff is essential. This role requires active leadership during peak service times and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth club operations.
