Administrative Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative duties, ensuring efficient communication and record-keeping. This position requires strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Calendar Management: Recording and monitoring employee vacations.
- Communication Management: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and distributing information to relevant parties.
- Document Management: Creating, editing, and organizing documents, including letters, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- File Maintenance: Organizing and updating physical and digital files according to established systems.
- Office Administration: Ordering office supplies, managing equipment maintenance, and coordinating office services.
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors and directing them accordingly.
- Data Entry: Entering information into databases and spreadsheets
- Basic accounting tasks: Daily reconciling of paperwork
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- Admin/Office experience
*Transportation Experience a plus.
