Summary

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting functions as assigned including but not limited to booking journal entries, reconciling accounts, and reporting on results
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement packages for management
- Support accounting team with data entry related to special projects as assigned
- Cooperatively work with other functional departments as needed
- Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position
- This job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needs
Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in undergraduate degree program in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 at current educational institution
- An analytical and curious mind, comfortable with numbers and problem solving
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Intermediate Excel skills, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized and detailed oriented individual
- Self-starter with initiative to work independently
- Strong commitment to excellence and professional growth
- Demonstrate ability to take ownership and responsibility of work deliverables
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborative working style
- Operations are within a professional office environment
