💼 What You’ll Do
✔ Lab Testing: Perform chemical and physical tests on cement, slag cement, and pozzolan to ensure they meet quality standards.
✔ Sample Preparation: Construct, calibrate, and prepare test samples using lab equipment.
✔ Data Collection: Use lab and field tools to collect and analyze test specimens.
✔ Inventory Management: Track and maintain lab inventory and ensure equipment is in top working order.
✔ Team Collaboration: Assist the lab supervisor and technical services manager with quality assurance tasks and projects.
✔ Safety Practices: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, adhering to OSHA standards.
📋 What We’re Looking For
🔹 Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Chemistry, Material Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
🔹 Knowledge: Familiarity with ASTM and AASHTO testing standards is helpful but not required.
🔹 Mindset: Quick learner with a passion for quality and innovation.
