OZK Wraps is hiring for a full-time Customer Relations/Administrative position. This person must have a passion for people and cars, be comfortable in a fast-paced office, deliver exceptional customer service, and be a team player. This is a 40-hour per week position, paid hourly, with a full-time benefits package (insurance, paid holidays/vacation, 401k, and more). The ideal candidate is well organized, communicates clearly with clients, and can prioritize schedules.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing options.
- Assist in developing relationships with car dealers for the purchase of OZK products.
- Assist dealers with the pickup and delivery of vehicles.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Follow up with customers to generate business and schedule work performed by OZK.
- Answer questions and direct phone calls.
- Work with the manager to organize and schedule appointments.
- Perform invoicing and estimating in QuickBooks.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist the manager in ordering and tracking products and supplies.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Coordinate and schedule project deadlines.
Skills
- A strong desire to serve and help people obtain the products they desire.
- Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School diploma required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.
