Job Summary
IN PERSON INTERVIEWS FORT COLLINS - APPLY NOW TO BE SCHEDULED
Answer Phones and respond to client queries
Keep Employee Time Sheets (15 people) up to date
Keep Call Log and daily technician schedule up to date
Schedule technicians throughout the day, based on job urgency and technician skill level
Update job requests through online client portals
Assist with data entry and entry of invoices into Quickbooks Online
Assist with expense entries and reconciling in Quickbooks Online
Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day
Vehicle tracking and accurate time keeping
Ability to calculate time
Filing
Office cleaning as required
Other duties as directed
