Clinic Manager
Location: Corpus Christi, TX 78415

PAAC is a high-volume, nonprofit spay/neuter and wellness veterinary clinic dedicated to providing affordable, compassionate pet care to communities across South Texas. We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to join our mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, high-quality veterinary care, and a positive client experience.
- Manage and support a team of 15 staff members, including veterinarians technicians. Handle performance evaluations, staff development, and employee relations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, vaccines, and equipment; maintain vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Assist hands-on in clinic operations when needed, including: supporting wellness exams, restraining and moving animals on/off surgical tables, participating in tech visits, and communicating with pet owners.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to meet organizational goals and contribute to program growth and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant veterinary, safety, and nonprofit regulations and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in business administration, veterinary practice management, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical clinic management role.
- Proven experience in human resources, including hiring, training, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of 15 or more staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Nonprofit experience is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $35,000 – $40,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
