About this opportunity
This Coordinator role is vital to ensure that our Risk Management department has everything they need to be successful through timely correspondence, research, reporting and claims administration.
Pay and Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000 dependent on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Organize incoming mail - forwarding or responding accordingly.
- Conduct detailed review of various contracts and agreements that the company is entering or renewing.
- Create, prepare and distribute various reports on key performance indicators.
- Research possible subrogation claims gathering the necessary documents to submit recovery claims to at-fault parties.
- Create accident, cargo, and workers’ compensation claims.
- Review estimates and photos related to claims.
- Communicate with claimants, vendors and other business parties regarding claims.
- Assist with medical compliance, physicals and drug screens.
- Promptly answer incoming calls and emails.
Skills Needed:
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Heavy organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to utilize resources to research a new subject matter and gather an understanding of it quickly.
- Can utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and display data in meaningful ways.
- Familiarity with pivot tables, charts, formulas and various other functionality within Excel is a plus.
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Word for correspondence.
- Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare presentation slides.
- Experience communicating with law enforcement, attorneys and courts a plus.
- Experience working on cargo claims and/or legal clerical work a plus.
