Pay:
$30 per hour minimum - $100 Bonus every 10 Set-Up/Tear-Downs completed
Requirements:
- Must have license and ability to drive to event sites (Gas Stipend available depending on driving)
- Availability to work on short notice, between 1 hour and 4 hour stints
- Set Ups typically between Wednesday and Saturday
- Tear Downs typically between Sunday and Tuesday
- Usual start times are 7:30-8:30 am &/or 4-5 pm (subject to change)
- Positive attitude, Attention to Detail, Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

About the role:
Looking for 2-3 people to help our team with setting up & tearing down commercial tents for our customer base. We will train you on the job as we go. Set-Ups & Tear-Downs typically take between 45 min to 2 hours per job, depending on the event; and we can have anywhere between 4 to 6 events booked per weekend (Friday - Sunday).
Job sites are anywhere from 5 minutes to 60 minutes away from Aston, PA. Extended, FLEXIBLE work available beyond summer months.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate your availability to work clearly & be on time
- Support Crew Chief
- Carry/move equipment & rental items to and from event space
- Help frame & square tents during set up
- Clean Tables, Chairs, Sidewalls & Tent Tops
- Drive stakes into the ground & extract them
- Courteous, Respectful, & Thoughtful - TEAM player
- Dress appropriately - (Heat, Wet Ground, Light Rain, etc.)
