We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Tent Crew Member. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down commercial tents at event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down commercial tents according to client specifications.
- Assist the crew chief in managing equipment and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- $25-$30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
- An additional $100 bonus for completing 10 successful set-ups and tear-downs.
- Extended work periods available beyond the summer months.
