Crew Member Job Title:
Crew Member - Event Set-Up/Tear Down
Compensation:
$25-$30 per hour, with a $100 bonus every 10 set-ups/tear-downs completed
Availability:
Flexible scheduling, including short-notice assignments between 1 and 4 hours
Set-up and Tear-down Schedule:
Tent set-ups typically occur between Wednesday and Saturday
Tent tear-downs typically occur between Sunday and Tuesday

Job Description:
We are seeking 2-3 crew members to assist in setting up and tearing down commercial tents for our customer base
Set-ups and tear-downs typically take between 45 minutes to 2 hours per job, depending on the event
We average 4-6 events per weekend (Friday-Sunday) and offer extended, flexible work opportunities beyond the summer months
Responsibilities:
Support the Crew Chief in various tasks
Carry and move equipment and rental items to and from event spaces
Assist in framing and squaring tents during set-up
