Assistant Commercial Electric Engineer/Estimator
- Reports to: Commercial Engineer/Estimator

Assist with preparing detailed estimates for the project based on the construction drawings and specifications. Assist with the communications of bids and scopes of work.

Assist with document management for the project, including receiving drawings and specifications, providing the proper file structure and distribution to all parties

Prepare comparison analysis to previous estimate for assigned scope
- Serve as liaison with electricians, subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants) and client. Additional point of contact for managing assigned trade subcontractors and distributing information.
- Prepare scope requisitions for assigned trades; coordinate with project team to eliminate scope gaps and overlaps.
- Assist with preparing and assembling bids and proposals
- Assist with development of a value analysis study by defining alternatives to the proposed scope that are more cost-efficient
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven written and verbal communication
Salary : $25
