What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at P.B. Odom III Construction, Inc.?
Looking for an administrative assistant with a minimum of 15 years' experience for a fast-paced office.
Applicant must have superior organizational and communication skills, as well as being self-motivated and able to quickly adapt in an environment with changing priorities.
Applicant must also have excellent phone manners, proficient writing skills and experience in invoice and payment processing. Candidate must be very computer literate with a good working knowledge of Quick Books, Excel, and bookkeeping principles. Attention to detail is critical. Being able to accurately maintain both electronic and paper files is a must.
The perfect candidate will be a professional person with good ethics, a can-do attitude and a sharp appearance. Punctuality is a must.
Hiring immediately. Pay is commensurate with experience.
