The In-Home TV Service Technician position includes, but is not limited to :
- Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair all major brands of Flat Screen Televisions with the use of a Company van, mobile phone, uniforms, tablet computer, any necessary parts, personal protective equipment, and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs.
- Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C. Richard & Son 110 year reputation of "Honesty, Integrity and Reliability".
The ideal candidate must be motivated to create a good service experience for our customers and to build customer loyalty for future business.
Salary : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience.
