In-Home TV Service Technician

This position is listed at the following store location Farmingdale

The In-Home TV Service Technician position includes, but is not limited to:

• Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair all major brands of Flat Screen Televisions with the use of a Company van, mobile phone, uniforms, tablet computer, any necessary parts, personal protective equipment, and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs.
• Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C.

The ideal candidate must be motivated to create a good service experience for our customers and to build customer loyalty for future business

• Experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must have own hand tools.

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience.
