Software Engineers – Application / Library Development – multiple openings at intermediate and senior levels. Full-time, permanent positions with equity. Midtown Manhattan New York City location. Telecommute option is available.Software application and library development in C, Cilk, Python, and other languages for cyber security related unique high performance computer architecture. You will be working with a team of the leading computer architects in the industry and contribute to pushing the forefront of computing. The work environment is relaxed and very supportive.Duties include : Parallel programming and implementation in C, Cilk, Python, etc.;Developing new data-centric applications and libraries;Algorithm development;Use OpenMP for multiplatform shared memory multiprocessing programming;Testing and verifying correctness of system and application software;Senior level may supervise junior engineers as well as interface with customers and research partners.Experience includes : 5 years relevant experience;BS or MS in CS, CE, EE, etc.;A good understanding of operating systems and parallel processing;High performance computing (HPC) background with cyber industry focus;Strong experience in C and other languages;Strong proficiency with algorithms and data structures;Track record of solving problems and getting things done;Experience with machine learning, bioinformatics, cybersecurity, sparse linear algebra, and / or graph databases are highly preferred.Please contact us for complete details and full job descriptions.
