As a Customer Service Representative, you serve as the first touch point and go-to for both new and existing customers that are searching for insurance coverage. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills that will strive to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal team members and external customers. Individuals that are self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve efficiently and will work well both on a team and individually. Our ideal applicant would demonstrate the following skills :
