Our Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a demonstrated talent for learning and advancing work flow processes, and will have had experience in the use of electronic CRM and Bookkeeping systems and be well versed in Purchase Order management and reconciliation duties. This position also requires the ability to internally support multiple work groups and teams within the company through independent decision and resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
· Manage daily accounting functions of AP, AR and a Bi-weekly Payroll.
· Provide direct support to all internal and external teams.
· Fulfill quarter and end of year and other assigned bookkeeping entries.
· Be a force in motivating all teams to achieve organizational goals.
· Utilize and maintain assigned CRM entries for data management and client relations.
· Multitask various responsibilities daily while completing required reporting.
· Act as a problem solver, addressing issues as they arise and finding effective solutions.
Requirements:
· Demonstrated experience in customer service and business-office-support to all teams.
· Demonstrated ability for independent decisions and resolution skills.
· Experience in mastering and advancing work-flow processes.
· Experience with electronic CRM and other business systems. Knowledge or use of Service Titan, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Documents, and Quick Books electronic systems are desired.
· Occasional day-travel for training and support to other regional offices of the company.

Standard Schedule:
- 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
- A limited after hour on-call rotation
