Lead HVAC Installer

Our Ideal Candidate: 

• 2 year's experience in HVAC Installation preferred 

• Is a mechanically inclined and a dependable self - starter 

• Provides exceptional customer service 

• Possesses leadership qualities and enjoys working with a team 

• Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives 

• Commits to daily workflow to meet scheduled appointments 

Requirements: 

• Highly organized and motivated 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Works well on install team and supports all teams 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment background check 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $30-$50 per hour based on experience
