Junior Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies in person to drive awareness, donation revenue, and community engagement through in-person communication with potential donors
- Attend daily meetings in-office to cover client-provided statistics and facts to stay up to date on promotional campaigns
- Identify target demographics and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on need
- Manage event materials and utilize merchandise to increase awareness
- Collaborate with Junior Sales Manager team members to ensure seamless event execution and organization
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing or sales initiatives
