The role of the Management Trainee is to help develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for our non-profit clients. The Management Trainee will be required to complete training all areas of our business operations and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with our clients.
Responsibilities of the Management Trainee :
- Maintain and build relationships with members of the community through direct, in-person communication for the purpose of driving donations for client organizations
- Develop and execute marketing and revenue generation strategies
- Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities
- Promote our charity clients' brand initiatives to the community
- Provide regular interface with prospective donors
- Learn all back-end operations and brand management strategies
- Manage donations, track sales and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and charity initiatives
